About HubPass
What is HubPass?
HubPass is a digital loyalty platform that allows merchants to create personalized reward programs. Your customers collect digital stamps with each purchase and can redeem rewards when they reach the milestones you set.
How does customer registration work?
Registration is simple and fast: on the first purchase, the customer provides their phone number. We send an SMS code for validation (2FA). Upon confirming the code, the customer agrees to participate in the loyalty program and receive communications. No app download required.
Do I need to download an app?
No! HubPass works 100% via web. Your customers access their digital card directly through their phone browser, and you manage everything through the web dashboard. No downloads, no hassle.
How much does HubPass cost?
We offer a free forever plan with essential features. Paid plans start at $29/month and include more programs, unlimited customers, and SMS campaigns. Check our pricing page for details.
For Merchants
How do I start using HubPass?
Simply create a free account, set up your loyalty program (define rewards, customize with your brand), and start registering customers. The process takes less than 10 minutes.
How do I give stamps to customers?
In the merchant dashboard, go to 'Give Stamp', enter the customer's phone number, and confirm. The stamp is registered instantly and the customer receives a notification.
Can I customize my program?
Yes! You can define how many stamps are needed for each reward, create multiple reward milestones, customize colors and logo, and much more.
How do I send campaigns to my customers?
In the Campaigns section, you can create segmented messages (all, new, inactive, near reward) and send via SMS. The system automatically calculates the cost and number of recipients.
Can I have multiple loyalty programs?
Yes, depending on your plan. The free plan allows 1 program, Starter allows 3, and Pro offers unlimited programs.
For Customers
How do I access my loyalty card?
You receive a link via SMS after registration. Just click the link to see your digital card, accumulated stamps, and available rewards. Save the link to your bookmarks for quick access.
How do I redeem my reward?
When you reach the required number of stamps, the reward becomes available on your digital card. Show it to the business on your next visit and they will validate the redemption in the system.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is protected in accordance with privacy laws. We only collect necessary information and you can request deletion of your data at any time.
How do I cancel my participation?
You can cancel at any time by replying 'STOP' to any SMS or by contacting the business. Your data will be removed according to our privacy policy.
Privacy and Data
What data is collected?
We only collect: name, phone, email (optional), date of birth (optional for birthday campaigns), and stamp/redemption history. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How is consent obtained?
Consent is obtained at registration when the customer confirms the SMS code (2FA). This indicates acceptance to participate in the loyalty program and receive communications from the business.
Can I exercise my privacy rights?
Yes! You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us at privacy@hubpass.ca or through the business where you registered.
